Job responsibilities:

1. Market research and business operation analysis：

a. Continuously track and study the industry trends, market trends, and competitive patterns of A2P and operators in Russia and Eurasia.

b. Analyze the target market and customer needs to provide a basis for business decision-making.

c. Enterprise operation data management, business data management including but not limited to business data analysis and operation analysis report production & marketing, etc.

2. Business development and sales：

a. Develop new carrier customers and establish stable business cooperative relations.

b. Mainly responsible for selling A2P, assisting Regional Carrier Director in selling transmission, IP and other telecommunications services, and completing sales goals and performance indicators.

3. Customer relationship maintenance：

a. Maintain close communication with A2P end customers, integrators, carriers/operators and other customers to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

b. Solve customer problems and respond to customer needs and feedback in a timely manner.

4. Project management and coordination：

a. Responsible for the management of cooperation projects with customers, including pre-marketing, business cooperation model, contract signing and execution, internal process leadership, collection and payment, accounts receivable management, after-sales business interface and other project-related work.

b. Coordinate various departments and resources within the company to ensure the smooth progress and delivery of the project.

5. Teamwork and communication：

a. Work closely with the industry department team of the company's headquarters to ensure the smooth progress of the responsible business.

b. Effectively convey information and coordinate work to ensure consistent goals.

Requirements to candidates:

Academic/Professional qualification: Bachelor degree or above in communication/computer and other information technologies; marketing & sales;Russian /Chinese languages

Work experience: Three years or more of work experience in A2P marketing or telecom operator related industries.

Skills: Telecommunications industry knowledge, A2P business knowledge, marketing, telecommunications industry regulations and data analysis capabilities, etc.
