Job Description: Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Russia Market)
About Us
We are a leading ed-tech application company expanding into the Russian market. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our app acquisition efforts in this exciting new venture.
Role Overview
As the Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and growth for our educational app in the Russian market. You will develop and execute comprehensive app acquisition strategies across various channels, including ASO (App Store Optimization), paid advertising, and non-paid organic channels. Your expertise in data analysis and critical thinking will be crucial in optimizing campaigns, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving our acquisition targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective ASO strategies to improve app visibility and organic downloads in Russian app stores.
Manage paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms, including social media, search engines, and display networks, to drive targeted user acquisition.
Explore and leverage non-paid organic channels, such as influencer partnerships, to increase brand awareness and app installs.
Analyze campaign performance data, user behavior, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine acquisition strategies and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in app marketing and ASO.
Requirements
Proven experience of at least 2 years in app acquisition, preferably in the ed-tech industry.
Strong understanding of ASO principles and techniques.
Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Yandex Ads, VK, UAC, Apple Search Ads).
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Search Console, App Metrica) and the ability to derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Fluency in Russian and ability to communicate in English (Intermediate level) is a must.
A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the Russian market.
Familiarity with the Russian education landscape and target audience.
Knowledge of additional languages relevant to the Russian market.
