Remote Team Lead / Node.js / React Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers (currently 4 members with potential growth)
• Make technical decisions for projects
• Organize high-load tests and ensure UI test coverage
• Guide the team and manage priorities in collaboration with the PM
• Set up the development process, balancing speed and code quality
• Develop and maintain high-load solutions using Node.js and React
• Lead the development of an investor game for Telegram, focusing on web applications for decision-making
• Potential involvement in other Telegram projects and Web3 integrations (Solana or TON)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full-stack developer with Node.js and React
• Expertise in designing and developing high-load solutions
• Experience in team management and leadership
• Ability to organize and execute testing (high load and UI tests)
• Excellent communication skills
• Results-oriented with an analytical approach to risk assessment
• English skills at a minimum of B2 level
• Willingness to set up development processes for future Web3 integrations (Web3 development skills not required initially)

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with smart contracts (Tact, Solidity)
• DevOps skills with the ability to conduct and delegate CI/CD tasks within the development team
