PashaPay is startup of Azerbaijani holding Pasha, developing an electronic wallet. This unique digital product was the first in the country and has already gained a lot of popularity.
At the moment we are in search of a Customer Value Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to manage the value of the company's customers to maximize customer retention, loyalty and revenue;
- Implement and optimize CVM program including customer base segmentation, personalized marketing and loyalty programs;
- Analyzing customer data to identify key trends, preferences and behavioral patterns to improve customer experience and value;
- Developing and implementing activities to increase customer engagement and improve the overall customer experience;
- Conducting various studies to evaluate the effectiveness of CVM strategies and further optimize them.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in customer value management, preferably in financial services, fintech or telecom companies;
- Experience with one of the programming languages: R, SQL or Python to analyze data and automate processes;
- Strong knowledge and experience with CVM including customer segmentation, personalized marketing and loyalty programs;
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team, including setting objectives, evaluating performance and developing staff;
- Analytical skills and ability to conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with other departments within the company including marketing, sales and product management;
- Excellent command of English at least at B2 level. The ability to read technical documentation fluently, participate in professional discussions and understand business correspondence in English is a must.
