Due to the expanding operations we are looking for an execution manager

We are looking for a highly talented, internally motivated individual to manage and execute export of grain from Russia around the world who wants to grow up excellent executive export manager and to build a brilliant career.
You should be a hard working person with high analytical mind, capable to balance multiple, competing priorities in a dynamic, stressful environment, to think on feet and able to work independently with minimal direction
Strong verbal, written and communication skills, fluent English (individuals with further languages are preferable)
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook skills (touch typing skills are welcome)
Background in import and export execution/compliance is preferred
At least three years’ experience in grain market
Understanding of main concepts of foreign economic activities, of supply chain management (Incoterms).
Excellent skill to work with big volume of information, documents.
High school education.

Duties:

We will lead international negotiations with our partners and counter-parties, arrange meetings to manage and execute export of grain from Russia around the world
We will work with different export/ domestic contracts, maintain our Export database
Together we are in charge of communication arrangement of all involved parties to arrange the contract performance: stevedores/ terminals authorities, shipping agents, custom brokers, forwarders, surveyor companies, buyers, suppliers, insurance companies (through insurance brokers), ship-owners (through freight managers), shipping agencies
We will settle outstanding issues, concerned with contract performance at loading, in transit, at discharge: shortages, demurrages, problems with cargo quality, settlement of debts etc.
Issuance of invoices, control of payment as per invoices as well as arrangement of trade financing under the contracts are under our responsibilities too

Execution manager
