Project Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project director for a large residential and commercial real estate construction project in Limassol. The project will be implemented on the site of an existing juice production facility, which adds unique challenges to its implementation. A key aspect will be relocating the production to a new location without interrupting the current production process.

Main Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Full management of the residential and commercial real estate construction project. Ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met. Coordinating all project stages from concept to completion. Production Relocation:
Organizing and managing the process of relocating the existing juice production to a new location. Ensuring continuity of the production process during the relocation.

Team Coordination:

Leading teams managing the construction project. Managing the plant team responsible for production relocation. Coordinating work with international real estate design consultants and new production design consultants.

Interaction with Consultants:

Organizing and overseeing the work of international design consultants. Working with teams for the design of new production and relocation of existing equipment.

Requirements:

Experience in similar positions in large development projects. Knowledge and experience in residential and commercial real estate segment. Experience in production relocation will be a significant advantage.
Strong project management skills, including planning, organization, and control. Ability to work in multitasking and tight deadline conditions. Experience in working with international consultants and contractors. Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
Higher education in construction, project management, or a related field. Additional certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) will be an advantage.
Fluent English is the must
