Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining robust relationships with existing affiliates and securing new ones under favorable terms.
Collaborate with technical support to set up and maintain integrations.
Developing effective promotion strategies to achieve tangible results.
Manage and optimize advertising campaigns for current partners, focusing on communication and strategic partnership development.
Perform regular analysis on the effectiveness of campaigns, assess various traffic-generating channels, and prepare detailed reports.
Attend industry-related events and conferences to stay ahead of market trends and expand professional networks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Affiliate marketing.
Familiarity with major traffic sources and their operational mechanisms.
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Experience in the Igaming industry with an operator or a CPA network
Fluent in Russian.
Proficiency in English at Intermediate level (B1)

Desirable Experience:

Proven track record of developing partnerships with media buying teams.
Availability of a database and established contacts of potential affiliates.
