Мы ищем в команду активного и позитивного HR-менеджера, который подхватит 40 человек продуктовых дизайнеров.

✨ Basic responsibilities

Hiring:

working with incoming applications
targeted recruitment (UX\UI designers mostly)
search and reach out for specifically-skilled candidates on various platforms (Behance, Dribbble etc)

Maintenance of the internal HR-procceses: from onboarding to off-boarding

Internal HR analytics and checks-in with people, monitoring their general state

Creating teambuilding activities, both online and offline

Document turnover: offers, contracts, data base — monthly updates

Providing support for financial and marketing depts

✨ Requirements

English B2 or higher
1-3 years of experience

We are a startup, so the atmosphere is appropriate. No bureaucracy, a small team of 40 people, quick decisions and prompt approval :)
