Product Designer (Graphic and Web) to high-tech company

As a rapidly growing high-tech startup in the solar energy industry, NEOSUN is seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to shape and elevate our brand excellence in the renewable energy sector. We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to lead our design and visual initiatives, ensuring a positive and impactful perception of our brand among clients (B2B sector) and creating a cohesive visual vision for the company.

NEOSUN Energy is an international Solar EPC company that provides Commercial Solar PV & Energy Storage Solutions (ESS) with capacities ranging from 200kW to 10MW for Commercial and Industrial projects worldwide.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Product Designer to join our dynamic team at NEOSUN. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our products. You will be responsible for a wide range of design tasks, including graphic design, web design, UX/UI design, and the overall visual packaging of our company’s products. Your work will directly impact how our products are perceived by our customers and will contribute to the success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Packaging: Lead the design and visual packaging of NEOSUN's products, ensuring a cohesive and appealing presentation across all materials.
Graphic Design: Create a variety of graphic materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional content tailored for different countries and divisions.
Web Design: Develop and design the company website, ensuring it reflects the brand identity and meets the needs of the target audience.
Visual Identity: Establish and maintain a unified visual style that aligns with the company's brand positioning and market strategy.
Brand Perception: Ensure a positive and impactful perception of the NEOSUN brand among clients in the B2B sector through effective visual communication.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and web design tools like Figma.
Design Style: Expertise in hi-tech design, with a keen understanding of modern typography and design trends.
Ability to create diverse graphic materials for use in various countries and subsidiaries while maintaining a unified brand style.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, with the ability to design user-friendly websites that reflect brand positioning and target audience needs.
Familiarity with responsive design and best practices for web development.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.
Excellent attention to detail and strong visual design skills.
Fluent in English and Russian, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
