Key Responsibilities:

Source and interview candidates from various countries (mostly non-IT roles) to find the best talent for the team.

Support new hires through the onboarding process to ensure they have a smooth start.

Participate in HR projects to enhance our processes and employee experience.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Russian.

Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Strong skills in crafting engaging messages and job vacancies.

Analytical skills to work with recruitment and onboarding metrics and conduct salary research.

A passion for continuous learning and development.
