Requirements:

• At least 3 year experience in international hotel networks holding the positions of the head of the reception and placement service, the head of the sales and marketing department, the deputy manager
• Knowledge of modern Western standards, technologies and procedures in the hospitality industry
• Experience in new hotels "launching" and their withdrawal to planned targets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in organizing and conducting trainings for staff
• The desire to work "in the fields" is an undeniable advantage for us
• Flexible thinking and non-standard approach in problem solving
• Good references from previous jobs
