AI Image Generation Engineer

Work format: office, relocation to Cyprus, Limassol. (300 days of sun on the island, Mediterranean coast, variety of fruits, and a friendly atmosphere)

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Image Generation Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in training custom text-to-image AI checkpoints, curating and managing deep learning datasets, crafting versatile prompt templates, and utilizing advanced techniques such as Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA).

This role requires a creative mindset, a strong technical background, and a collaborative spirit to drive the development of state-of-the-art AI-generated imagery.

• Train custom checkpoints from base text-to-image models;
• Curate and manage large-scale deep learning datasets;
• Optimize AI models using checkpoints and LoRA techniques;
• Implement testing and validation processes for generated images;
• Develop and refine prompts for AI image generation;
• Evaluate image generations from an artistic and photographic perspective;
• Collaborate with team members to integrate image generation into applications;
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field;
• Understanding of the process of training base text-to-image models from scratch;
• Proven experience in AI image generation and prompt engineering;
• Strong understanding of neural networks, generative models, and training workflows including checkpoints, merges, and base models;
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.);
• Excellent eye for detail and artistic quality in image evaluation;
• Effective communication and teamwork skills;
• Good knowledge of trends on Civitai, Hugging Face, and other professional AI communities such as GitHub and ArXiv;
• Awareness of popular kinks and user preferences within these communities;
• Practical experience with popular AI image generation models such as SDXL and generation frameworks like a1111 or ComfyUI.
