Key deliverables:

  • Manage full-life cycle professional recruiting process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers;
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management, specifically Hunt Flow;
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners in the recruiting process from beginning to end;
  • Deploy job-appropriate behavioral and competency-based interview techniques and coach hiring managers or teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques;
  • Interview and evaluate candidates for employment factors such as job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills and abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other data;
  • Initiate and maintain a network of contacts/agencies to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs;
  • Consolidate candidates’ feedback from the interview team and lead the final assessment and selection process;
  • Negotiate offers with candidates;
  • Talent mapping for critical roles;
  • Prepare recruitment statistics and analytical reports;
  • Ensure use of the latest tools and techniques to streamline the recruitment process;
  • Support document workflow with vendors, ensuring that all relevant documentation is properly processed and stored in the corporate systems as per rules and politics;
  • Conduct exit interviews, gathering statistics.

Required competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition;
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques;
  • English – Upper Intermediate;
  • PC advanced knowledge: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service and organizational skills required;
  • Attention to details and ability to deal appropriately with confidential information;
  • Ability to work within a team approach.
