As E-Commerce Manager, you’ll lead and support short-term and long-term E-Commerce promo strategy with close collaboration with offline & online KA team, digital and brand marketing teams within Consumer Health.
Key focus areas:
- Develop and execute E-Commerce sales fundamentals, assortment and trade support plans with KA customers
- Coordinate E-Com Customer Development Managers efforts in executing sales fundamentals, assortment and trade support plans with Pure play customers & omni pharma chains with focus on Self Care products (OTC)
- Manage relations with foodtech, cash-back services & pharma marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
- Sustain E-Com promo activities in line with the National Marketing Activities Calendar
- Design and integrate OMNI-channel customers support
- Support Joint Business Planning with E-Com customers
- Monitor competitors' activities in the E-commerce channel
- Marketing analytics: making sure the performance is tracked; measuring and reporting ROI for activities run; lead action plan to improve performance
- Lead post promo analysis in assigned clients
- Control products visibility on partners’ websites
- Actively searches for best practices and ideas for re-applying in the e-commerce customer
- Work closely with peers and local/regional digital & eCommerce team to identify best practices and processes to manage the digital shelf
- Trade Budget management
- Negotiations with clients for promo launch, execution, analysis
Requirements:
- University degree
- Experience in E-Com channel
- 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing/ Category Management with responsibility for budget, assortment, promo calendar, etc.
- Upper-intermediate English
- Excellent presentation and communications skills, both written and verbal

- Background in FMCG/OTC
