BostonGene is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join our expanding team. This role will analyze the reporting results from the team of medical analysts, bioinformatics, and molecular biologists on various oncology diseases.
Responsibilities

Perform analysis of clinical and molecular characteristics of various oncological diseases and quality check of their reporting in BostonGene’s products.

Process clinical data, and match it with molecular biological findings.

Control reporting results from the medical and molecular biologist team.

Provide constructive feedback on issues.

Be on track with scientific publications and clinical research results in the clinical oncology field regarding new trends and treatment approaches.

Provide feedback to the product team on recent updates in the clinical research field.

Interact with molecular biologists, bioinformatics and developers for the realization of projects.
Qualifications/Experience
Required:
-
Educational background: Medical Doctorate (M.D.) degree or equivalent

Ongoing residency and/or fellowship in oncology (if not finished).

Knowledge of the fundamental principles of immunology and molecular biology.

Language skills: Fluency in English & Russian, especially for written communication.

Attention to detail: The ability to focus on the details of the work, and detect and correct errors.

Developed analytical thinking, critical thinking & system thinking.

Developed interpersonal communication and teamwork skills: Effectively communicating with colleagues and participating in team efforts.

Continuous learning: The desire and ability for continuous learning and adapting to new protocols, standards, and technologies.
Preferred:
-
Oncology experience: experience in scientific or clinical work in oncology.

Completion of residency and/or fellowship in oncology.

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

Proficiency in Data Analytics (R, python) will be an advantage.
