Responsibilities:

Develops plans of annual brand support and optimizes marketing campaigns (eCom, influencers, exhibitions, special projects)
Manages the NPD process by coordinating sales, R&D, production, and other relevant departments
Tracks budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs: budget planning allocation and management
Regular reporting on budget, brand performance and sales to management and HQ
Analyzes industry, competition, market trends and makes recommendation on implications for the brand development

Requirements:

Experience in Marketing / Trade-Marketing / Sales
Ability to conduct research and analyze data
Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Complex project management skills
Results-driven attitude
Analytical and structured mindset
BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus
