Head of Operational Support (S&OP, Supply Chain Finance, Commercial finance)

Senior Finance role, ultimately accountable for performance of the operational business support and developing insights which drive performance:

• Leading high-quality, impactful business partnering

• Member of Finance Leadership Team

• Ensuring process excellence of S&OP, SCF and CDF including cost & budget management, performance reporting and analysis, leverage of digital tools and best practices

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Own Finance operational support processes end-to-end, drive processes excellence and improvements

• Use business knowledge and creativity to lead delivery of business data, analysis and analytics, both ad-hoc and standard, fully leveraging DTO capability

• Drive efficiency and effectiveness ensuring seamless work across FET, proactively managing resourcing and prioritisation

• Lead development of insights to drive productive actions and to improve business performance

• Perform RuBy operational forecast evaluation both internal and external on a monthly basis, including in-depth results and forecast analysis, valuable comments on delivery and performance results vs target\guidance

• Lead and develop the teams, monitor performance and identify development needs

• Support Categories & Functions Targets setting and Business Financial Targets negotiation

• Close connection with Finance – ABP, BIT & Budgeting, Controlling Teams

• Leading the Projects both within Finance and at total Company level, including digitalization, processes optimizations, business development and category profitability improvement

• Develop, live and embed the Finance vision and strategy

Key Skills required :

· Minimum 7 years of relevant Finance experience (Business partnering, Finance analytics, S&OP, etc) including Team leading roles

· In-depth knowledge of RuBy operational and financial processes, experience in P&L management

· Business partnering experience with clear, focused and sound financial assessment and guidance

· Strong engagement, presentation, and communication skills

· Prioritization, agility and result orientation

· Managing a large and complex set of stakeholders

· Strong Team leadership skills, ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse teams
