Dima Khanarin is the CEO of Everclear - leading blockchain interoperability protocol. They are building a future where using crypto is as easy as doing payments with Visa or Mastercard.

Everclear has a 22-people remote team spread across the US, Europe, Middle East and APAC. Everclear does $1.5BN+ in quarterly volume and is backed by 1kx, Polychain, Pantera, Consensys, Hashed, Polygon, Coinbase, Fenbushi, OKX, Polygon and Ethereum Foundation with over $29M in token sales.

Now we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. From that role you can grow into operations or other roles within the organization if you do well.

Task division: 75% or business tasks, 25% of personal tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and researches: research of head of products and experts of crypto exchange platforms, creation and sending of proposals to become advisors, appointment scheduling, search and implementation of AI tools, organization of cryptocurrency payments, CRM management, content production coordination, search and hiring of staff, assisting the team with operational tasks and issues.
  • Working with documents: arranging a Schengen visa for an employee, expediting the issuance of a residence card in Portugal, developing a route for obtaining a Schengen visa in Dubai.
  • Event and Travel Organization: collecting event data, aligning it with the calendar, organizing events in Singapore, controlling the accommodation abroad, organizing corporate events, ensuring logistics.
  • Personal tasks: managing cryptocurrency payments and various streams, maintaining personal CRM (contact support, follow-ups, birthday congratulations), coordinating content creation (consulting channel, interview podcast), handling family tasks and payments.

Ideal candidate:

  • Has been a professional EA, project manager, operations or recruiter
  • Is heavily using LLMs and crypto in daily and professional life
  • Can research any new topic quickly (whether it's to find a candidates on LinkedIn or figure out a tax situation for a team member)
  • Is very creative and persistent in solving ambiguous problems (can figure out how to get a Visa for Indian passport holder living in SF in a week)
  • Is a genius of logistics and travel planning (can plan events or offsite with 20+ team members, different locations and multiple external stakeholders involved)
  • Has a short, business casual, straight to the point and actionable communication style
  • Is ambitious and eager to learn, and has a strong critical thinking.
  • Knows English on advanced level (C1-C2), Spanish language will be an advantage
  • Is based in Barcelona or Europe, or ready to relocate

What we offer:

  • Salary: from 3000$ to 4000$ gross
  • Working hours: from 10:00 to 19:00 according to CET (Central European Time).
