Job purpose:
- Contribute to category strategy creation by leading market overview for PVM categories in the area of responsibility;
- Participate in the customer development plan for customers in the area of responsibility;
- Lead external CatMan partnerships and projects with KA customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Create customized assortment matrix, NPD target listing and for top Customers in area of responsibilities
- Lead category performance diagnostics and development action plan per customer and execute it in cooperation with KA and TM team
- Lead CatMan projects for all POP: checkout, a shelf in section, and Kids corner
- Conduct and deliver quarterly discovery meetings with top customers
- Lead assortment committee meetings with GKAM/KAMs to deliver assortment targets execution
- Contribute to internal CatMan tasks: category priorities, MML, NPD commercialization, Merch standards, retail monitoring, shopper insights, etc.
- Communication with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales Capabilities Departments;
- Integration RGM (revenue growth management) agenda into CatMan functionality.
Desired skills and qualifications:
- University degree (preferable marketing, economics, sales, etc);
- Experience min 2 years in Trade-Marketing incl. Category Management in multinational FMCG and Retail companies;
- English level - Upper-Intermediate;
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent PC user ( Excel, PowerPoint)
- High drive and results-oriented spirit.
