REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (ORAC DÉCOR, Ekaterinburg)

Responsibilities:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll become a part of the sales team in Ekaterinburg and will focus on making sales in the Ural region. Direct report to the Customer Team Manager in Ekaterinburg.

You will manage direct and project sales with a target of long-term cooperation with partners through:

  • 75% working hours share of field sales, 25% - administrative work;
  • 40% working hours share - business trips;
  • Increase of sales and market share within the relevant region: Ural (+Ufa, Perm, Izhevsk);
  • 80/20: partners’ universe development / hunting (proactive & independent search for new opportunities);
  • Sales focus: interior salons and showrooms, distributors, developers;
  • Implementing of agreements with key accounts;
  • Building strong partnerships;
  • Analysis of the market, customers’ needs, suggestions for sales increase, improving pricing and promotional activities;
  • Training and presentation of products to partners & designers;
  • Achieving marketing excellence in interior salons.

Your profile:

  • You have Higher education with a minimum 1 year of experience in sales in an international company;
  • You have a strong passion to sell via an inspiring story (presentation). You are story-focused rather than product focused;
  • You love to develop new segments and you have a true hunting spirit. You love building strong long-term relations, based on mutual interest;
  • You have an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset. You are responsible in margins’ and budgets’ aspects;
  • You have analytical skills. You can easily analyze market, competitors and drivers;
  • Your English is upper-intermediate;
  • You have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office apps (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.).

  • Monthly base salary (gross) - from 130 000 rub;
  • Quarterly bonus based on sales targets’ and personal KPIs’ execution - 40%;
