Customer Support (Brazil)

Our company has been operating in the iGaming sector in the CIS markets since 2014. We have our own product, and we are planning to enter new markets in the near future. We are actively developing and looking for a candidate who can actively participate in the development of our company and grow with us.

We are currently seeking a VIP Manager (Customer Support) for the Brazilian market.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming customer inquiries (online chat, phone, email);
• Outbound communications with customers (resolving conflict situations, support during early stages, customer retention);
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction;
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality customer service.
