QA Engineer

We are in the process of forming a core internal development team for Conneto. This team will be instrumental in further development and scaling of the project, working closely with us to bring our vision to life. Job Summary: We are looking for a QA Engineer who is passionate about AI and software development to join our agile, mobile, and geographically spread team. With current teams in London, Dubai and Singapore, the ideal candidate will be a dynamic and flexible leader capable of managing and working within a distributed team. Our team's got a history of hitting it big before—we've taken a project all the way to unicorn status!

Key Responsibilities:

Promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies to drive the product vision and implement scalable software solutions.
Foster an agile development environment, adapting quickly to changes and optimizing workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
Manual testing of the platform;
Automated and load testing of the platform;
Creating test cases, checklists and scenarios;
Analysis of test results;
Localisation and documentation of defects;
Description of tasks for developers in Jira;
Monitoring error corrections;
Analysis of the platform for non-functional requirements;
Preparing reports.

Qualifications:

Has experience as a web app tester for at least 6 years
Expertly skilled in manual testing
Can work with Jira/Trello/Github/Notion/Miro/Figma
Can make plans, checklists
Writes clear and structured bug reports
Test automation skills will be a plus
English B1+, capable of working effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a flexible approach to project management.
