Job Responsibilities:

· Leading the development and implementation of sales and marketing projects together with associated

activities, all aimed at attracting new customers.

· Provide HRS with thorough research and analysis of the local business competition, with the aim of gaining

a competitive edge.

· Involvement in the development of HRS market research and sales strategy.

· Acquire customer leads using all available methods: phone, participation in exhibitions, events,

presentations

· Meet sales goals in accordance with the company targets.

· Maintain regular contact with customers and partners of HRS.

· Organize sales and marketing events for customers.

· Represent HRS interests and the HRS Brand when customer facing.

Personal Profile:

· Experience 3 + years in selling IT solutions and services for Retail. Experience with with Oracle Retail

Xstore POS, Oracle Retail Order Broker and Oracle Retail Customer Engagement will be an advantage.

· Written and verbal presentation skills

· Previous experience in projects for Retail transformation

· Experience in retail vendors or system integrators;

· Knowledge of retail customers, vendors and solutions;

· Understanding of retail business domain;

· Excellent communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain relationships on C level;
