We are looking for an experienced Product Manager ready for challenges affecting the company's future.

Responsibilities:

Launch products from scratch and maintain existing ones (new features and development of the current ones)
Cover the business analysis aspect to define the owners’ needs, elaborate technical capabilities, and transform to functional requirements
Communicate with stakeholders and ensure that product initiatives and epics are aligned with the company’s strategic goals
Detail tactic plans to create, maintain, and execute a short to midterm product roadmap; estimate timing, resources, and possible blockers
Day-to-day interaction with stakeholders, developers, designers, analysts, marketing, customer support, legal & compliance teams, and other product managers
Implement qualitative and quantitative research, including CustDev, to determine potential user needs

Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner / Manager in an international fintech company
Experience in development of solutions for trading automation
Deep understanding of trading and investments, basic knowledges of cryptocurrencies
Wide experience with consumer-facing interfaces, both web platforms and mobile apps (iOS, Android)
Great in-design communication experience in UI development and improving UX
Highly skilled and proficient in product and marketing analytics
Prudent balance between agile mindset and strong leadership
B2/C1 level of English

Nice to have:

Technical background and sufficient understanding of Frontend and Backend areas (web micro-services architecture)
Great project management skills in launching prominent features and complex integrations
Experience in a start-up environment
Practical skills in trading or portfolio management
