About the Role:

As an Operations Specialist in our vibrant marketing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and projects. Your primary responsibilities will include managing routine operational tasks, optimizing workflows, and supporting the team to achieve their goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Platform Development: Assist in coordinating the development of the affiliate platform, including preparing tech tasks, overseeing timelines, and ensuring the quality execution of requirements related to advertising products for partners.
  • Affiliate Remuneration Processes: Support the affiliate remuneration processes by managing invoicing, controlling financial transactions, and overseeing payment schedules.
  • Collaborate with Production Team: Work with the production team to create advertising materials.
  • Project Documentation: Describe projects and processes in the corporate task-tracking system.
  • Performance Team Support: Aid the performance team in enhancing the efficiency of marketing workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and large data volumes, creating presentations, and data visualization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the English language.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Affiliate Marketing Experience: Previous experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
  • Task-Tracking/CRM Systems: Proficiency in task-tracking/CRM systems.
  • Advanced Office Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications (Docs, Forms, Slides, Sheets).
