The successful candidate will oversee a significant residential and commercial project in Limassol. This role involves managing the construction project of a large residential and business center while simultaneously relocating the juice production facility without interrupting its operations. Main Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
   • Managing real estate development.
   • Ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
   • Coordinating all project phases.
2. Relocation of Juice Production Facility:
   • Managing the relocation to a new site.
   • Ensuring uninterrupted production.
3. Coordination of Teams:
   • Leading construction project teams.
   • Managing the production relocation team.
   • Coordinating with international consultants.
4. Financial Management:
   • Overseeing budget and financial models.
   • Implementing cost control measures.
   • Collaborating with commercial and marketing departments.
5. Procurement and Contractors:
   • Managing procurement of materials and equipment.
   • Overseeing contractors and subcontractors.
   • Ensuring quality and timeliness of work.
