Responsibilities:

Team management: task allocation and monitoring of their progress, tracking deadlines and task execution quality
Managing the team backlog: evaluation, planning, task prioritization
Creating and improving processes within the team
Interacting with other teams and internal stakeholders
Participation in team assembly, its development, and motivation
Budget Management
Performance tracking
Creating and maintaining comprehensive team documentation.

Requirements:

Relevant experience of 5+ years in a Project Manager role or Delivery Manager role in tech companies
Working experience in managing service teams
Technical education and/or technical background (in backend development, system administration, DevOps, or similar)
Experience in interacting with stakeholders and managing their expectations
Practical experience with Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence
Practical experience with BI tools
English proficiency at the B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

Experience in fintech, trading, brokers, hedge funds, exchanges, or related areas.
