AI & Web3 System Architect / Senior Developer Lead

We're seeking an experienced AI and Web3 professional to design and lead the development of Biotech and Web3-focused AI systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, blockchain technologies, software engineering, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, describe and develop scalable, efficient AI architectures integrated with Web3 stack.
Lead a team of developers in implementing AI and blockchain solutions.
Evaluate and integrate new AI and Web3 technologies.
Optimize AI model performance and deployment in decentralized environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI and Web3 initiatives with business goals.

Requirements:

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field;
Perfect knowledge of up-to-date AI frameworks and developments;
5+ years of experience in AI/ML development;
5+ years of experience with blockchain and Web3 technologies;
Expertise in popular AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and blockchain platforms
Strong programming skills (Python, C++, Solidity, etc.);
Experience leading technical teams;
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
Ability to provide daily status updates.

Preferred:

Experience with large language models, knowledge graphs, DAG (directed acyclic graphs), vector databases, and NLP (natural language processing);
Familiarity with MLOps and decentralized governance;
Knowledge of tokenomics and cryptocurrency ecosystems;
Experience with smart contract development and auditing;
Understanding of DeFi (decentralized finance) principles.
