Authorized Training Centers-related
Supporting operational processes for around 50 ATCs globally:
- Daily monitoring of partner and customer questions around certification paths and answering these (5-10 enquiries a day)
- Providing Certification portal access to the Authorized Training and Testing Centers on demand
- NRF licenses provisioning to new ATCs (on demand)
- Uploading new exams to Certification portal
- Support with ATC & trainer onboarding support: sharing links for materials, creating accounts for exam participants, tracking exam results (on demand)
- Supporting contracts & amendments signing with existing ATCs at the end of the calendar year
- Delivering monthly & quarterly closing reports for Russian ATCs
- Certificates provisioning to course & exam attendees, ATCs and certified instructors
Partner readiness projects-related
- Logistics support for Global partner webinar projects: links setup, calendar blocker preps, event moderation, attendance & feedback analytics (monthly)
- Setting tasks for readiness courses upload to the Partner Portal and tracking progress (1-2 tasks a week)
- Operational support of the partner newsletter production, layout finalization & distribution (monthly)
- Supporting partner certification process: uploading exams to the portal, provisioning access, monitoring errors, identifying system bugs and work with dev team on resolution (ongoing)
Qualifications
- Fluent English – upper-intermediate level and above
- University – no preferences
- Specialization – business administration, management, economics, marketing, philology/foreign languages, computer science
- Working hours – 30 hours per week
