We're expanding our team and seeking a Game Manager to handle our Roblox projects and lead the game development team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the development of games;
Lead a team of development team;
Take responsibility for key performance indicators;
Oversee monetization and ensure regular game updates for our Roblox games;
Implement strategies to enhance player retention and game popularity;
Be aware of industry trends and the competitive landscape;
Analyze game KPI's, user testing, and market trends;
Partner with company executives to meet and exceed financial targets;
Make key decisions regarding what to focus on, when, and to what degree;
Create vision documents and set goals.

Required Qualifications:

Extensive experience in game development and game design;
Good understanding of the basic aspects of technical game design and game programming;
Understand player behavior and create experiences that resonate with them;
Familiarity with industry-standard game design software and tools;
LiveOps experience with hypercasual games;
Strong organizational skills to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work within budgets;
Extensive management experience;
Ability to work independently and make critical decisions without constant input;
Communication skills (English).
