About the role: responsible to generate business from EU/USA/CIS/Asia market, develop the sales and the portfolio of active clients, reach sales objective defined by the management.

Responsibility:
- Promote CTA services in EU/USA/CIS/Asia by making phone calls to new and current prospects
- Responsible to enlarge the portfolio of CTA clients
- Generate MICE and BT business using CTA network in Europe or outside of Europe
- Investigate for new products or activities to be promoted on the market, in coordination with our marketing and reservation team
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Responsible for providing monthly sales reports, analysis of the market and sales activities
- Plan and implement sales delivery targets and KPI’s.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MICE/event/marketing/communication agencies, and other B2B clients.
- Sign-up new B2b partners (agents)
- Maintain and develop our relationship with signed partners
- Follow-up with existing and new partners

Our requirements:
- min 3 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- specialized in sales of B2B companies
- perfect English language
excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and marketing tools
willing to travel and be open to new opportunities
