Global Brand Protection Manager (pharma)

Our client - leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a Brand Protection Manager in Moscow.

This person will be responsible for preventing and mitigating the risk to consumer safety and business value from counterfeiting and illicit trade of company`s products across Russia and CIS markets.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the triage of product security incidents.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders in determining appropriate investigative and resolution strategies.
• Establish and maintain a list of qualified 3rd party investigators within the subregion.
• Review and approve investigative plans and estimated budgets.
• Provide oversight of the investigative process
• Provide periodic investigative updates to key internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors as well as Law Enforcement Agencies on investigations referred for enforcement.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (Police Agencies, Customs, Health Authorities, Peer Companies).

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Law, Criminology, logistics, …) or equivalent through experience.

• At least 5 years experience in Brand Protection or Product Security Investigations in healthcare or FMCG industries.

• Advanced level of English
