Responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for partners development (small, medium);

  • Regular contact with the assigned partner base through phone calls, messengers, social networks, and other means of communication;

  • Monitoring partner performance indicators and ensuring their activities comply with company policies;

  • Collaborating with the team to develop the region;

  • Retaining partners and handling objections;

  • Engaging partners in closer collaboration with the company;

  • Attracting partners through recommendations;

  • Conducting meetings with partners;

  • Broadcasting company news to partners and their clients;

  • Interacting with other departments in the context of working with partners.

What we expect:
  • Fluency in English and Malay languages;

  • Experience in sales (active customer acquisition and retention) will be an advantage;

  • Experience in the B2B2C will be an advantage (especially in the field of FinTech, Banking, Financial Services);

  • Understanding of regional specifics;

  • Responsibility, proactivity in work, data-driven approach, analytical mindset;

  • Willingness to work in a team and mentor new employees;

  • Developed communication skills, flexibility.
