Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

Hello! We are a well-established company in the gambling/betting niche, with two online casino brands that have been on the market for 12 and 5 years. We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue;
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates;
• Manage and optimize relationships with existing affiliates;
• Purchase traffic through CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare models;
• Track and analyze affiliate performance;
• Ensure profitability of affiliate campaigns;
• Prepare and present reports to management;
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success;
• Deep understanding of the iGaming industry (gambling/betting);
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level;
• Strong sales and negotiation skills;
• Experience with different affiliate marketing software and platforms;
• Understanding of key internet marketing metrics (CTR/CR/ROI/ROMI);
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
