We're Icons8, the group of services (icons, illustrations, photos, apps, and desktop software for design) that our community loves. Love is the actual word people use when speaking about us: just search Twitter for icons8 or check the comments on our pages.

We want to care about them as much as we can, and we need your help.

We need a customer service hero who can fluently speak English.

Your main mission will be to build friendly relationships with our customers from different countries.

Apart from the customer service, you can occupy yourself with:

  • localization of our knowledge base and website content;
  • writing articles for our blog, FAQ, or social media;
  • usability testing of our services.

Those are optional tasks; you may choose something else or just work in support.

Before the interview, we will send you a short test task.

What are your tasks?

  • Support in our online chat — that's the main mission.
  • Managing FAQ and optimizing the whole support process.
  • Creating customer happiness — that's the most important of all.
  • 7-hour evening shifts from 17.00 to 00.00 (Moscow time), with working days on Saturday and Sunday (you still have 2 days off per week, but on other days of your choice). Your work hours can be slightly changed upon your request.

Requirements:

  • Fluent written English.
  • Having a technical background is a huge benefit!
  • Speaking other languages (apart from English and Russian) makes you a perfect candidate.
  • You should like people, design, and technology (or at least some of them).
