In the context of production improving and launch new project we are looking for Project Coordinator

Basic Purpose:

This position has the following responsibilities: Coordinate & manage programs that involve the design, test, analysis, and development of new products and related modifications in the plants Togliatti + Zainsk.

Ensure that the products meet or exceed all applicable Accuride Europe & Asia, government, industry, and customer standards together with Headquarter R&D in Solingen.

Impact areas include product and market strategies (ear for the Russian market and needs), product and process development, technical customer support in Russia; participation in relevant local technical and standardization organizations.

Responsibility:

1. Participate to product engineering programs with support from Headquarter R&D in Togliatti + Zainsk.
2. Maintain customer relationships by presenting new product designs or product redesigns as requested by customers, preparing project status reports, presenting proposed designs or redesigns to customers for approval and coordinating prototype builds.
3. Support new R&D projects or design modifications to satisfy customer demands.
4. Support all efforts with the manufacturing locations to launch a new product within a facility per customer’s quality standards.
5. Prepare and maintain all documentation on new products to comply with our Commercialization Process and IATF 16949 requirements.

Requirements:

• Master degree technical education.
• Thorough understanding of engineering principles and theories, product testing procedures, and manufacturing processes.
• Working knowledge of metal working techniques.
• Strong project management skills to manage and coordinate extensive internal and external project resources.
• Working knowledge of wheel end components and systems, their uses and applications in the market and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and Kompas 3D.
• Good interpersonal skills are required when dealing with internal and external customers.
• English - intermediate level.
