Strategy Project Manager

Ostrovok.ru is a travel-tech company that creates platforms for online booking of hotels, air tickets, and other services for both individual travelers and corporate clients and travel agencies. Our brands: Ostrovok.ru, B2B.Ostrovok.ru, Ostrovok.ru Komandirovki. We develop projects both in Russia and abroad.

As a Strategy Project Manager you will be a part of the Strategy Office and play a crucial role in the success and growth of our company. This role is integral in supporting our Strategy office with operational strategy, project management, and advancing organizational initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Strategic Planning in coordination and implementation of coordinating of and implementing strategic initiatives and decisions;

• Formulate problem statement for the project, define hypotheses and analyze internal and external data on market, competitors, user behavior or any other data type;

• Manage and oversee important projects, ensuring they align with company objectives and are delivered on time;

• Handle stakeholder management at all levels, create communication plans;

• Develop project budget, KPIs and revenue targets and track its' realization;

• Oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure timely completion of tasks;

• Assess resource requirements and coordinate resource allocation;

• Promote a collaborative team environment, working closely with different departments within the organization;

• Bring an entrepreneurial approach to strategizing and executing new projects.

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of experience of managing cross-functional projects either in-house or as a consultant;

• Extensive experience in project management and strategic operations;

• Experience in leading project teams and coordinating with diverse stakeholders;

• Understanding of basic market analysis tools and frameworks, corporate finance and org design;

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, both analytical and conceptual;

• Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking;

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and team collaboration;

• English level C1+

• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
