Job Summary: The Talent and Development Expert is responsible for overseeing all education and training processes within the group of companies SCHNEIDER GROUP. This includes designing, implementing, and managing programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance. Additionally, the role involves managing performance management processes to ensure that employee performance aligns with the company's strategic goals.

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Associate Director, HR Services and Talent Development

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training and Development:
    • Design and implement comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
    • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers.
    • Develop training materials and conduct in-house training sessions.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends in employee training and development.
  2. Performance Management:
    • Work with managers to develop performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
  3. Talent Development:
    • Implement talent development initiatives such as mentorship programs, leadership training, and succession planning.
    • Monitor and report on the progress of talent development programs.
  4. Employee Engagement:
    • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge engagement levels.
    • Implement initiatives based on survey results to improve workplace culture and morale.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and nice to have an experience with HR software.

Working Conditions:

  • This position may require occasional travel.
  • Work is typically performed in an office environment, with some flexibility for remote work (4/1)
  • Location – 5 minutes walk from metro station Polyanka
  • Schedule – MON-FRI flexible start of working day 8 – 10 a.m.
