Responsibilities:

Facilitate the transformation of a 45-person product group from a traditional project-based software delivery setup into an Agile learning product-centric organization.
Drive change based on the business and product goals, required organizational capabilities, and defined optimization goals.
Train teams on Agile frameworks and approaches (Scrum, LeSS, Nexus, Kanban).
Lead, facilitate, and support the flip from functional project-based units into cross-functional product teams.
Facilitate and support the teams in acquiring capabilities needed to reach the defined optimization goals by implementing matching product delivery and engineering practices.
Drive and support the end-to-end product delivery process to meet the defined business and product goals while gradually transferring accountability to the product teams as they mature.
Facilitate interactions between the product managers and the engineers inside the product teams across the end-to-end product delivery process, tailoring the involvement and the effort to the teams' maturity level.
Lead the product teams to deliver products and achieve business and product goals through iterative and incremental development, transparency, and frequent inspection and adaptation cycles.
Facilitate team events and activities inside the product delivery cycles.
Build delivery forecasts for products with the product teams, ensure the forecasts are updated as more is learned, and help the teams see deviations, impediments, and risks early and respond to them promptly.
Drive systemic change and continuous through systems thinking and flow metrics (cycle time, WIP, throughput, WIA).
Offer coaching and mentoring to the product teams and individual team members as needed to support them in the transformation journey

Essential Qualifications:

A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Agile Coach or a similar role, leading and facilitating Agile transformations in product organizations.
Prior experience in project management is required, with a proven ability to manage traditional software delivery projects and facilitate the transition from traditional project management practices to Agile frameworks or tailor them to an Agile context.
Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, LeSS, Nexus, Kanban, or similar), including their principles, values, practices, and scaling approaches.
Strong knowledge of Lean thinking, systems thinking, and flow metrics (cycle time, WIP, throughput, WIA) to drive systemic change and continuous improvement.
Expertise in product development practices, such as user story mapping, impact mapping, and iterative/incremental development.
A good grasp of situational leadership and its practical application.
Good facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops, training, and team events.
Proven ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels; strong conflict navigation and negotiation skills to address challenges and drive consensus during the transformation process.
A passion for coaching and mentoring and experience in providing constructive feedback and guidance to individuals and teams.
Fluent English.
Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Professional Scrum Master, Certified LeSS Practitioner) would be a plus.
