Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated QA, Blockchain Support Engineer (L2-L3) to join our dynamic team. As a Blockchain Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our blockchain-based applications, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues related to our products.
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and performance of blockchain applications.
- Perform manual testing of blockchain applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
Technical Support:
- Provide L2-L3 technical support to users and clients, addressing and resolving complex issues related to blockchain applications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating issues to the development team when necessary.
- Monitor system performance and health, ensuring the stability and reliability of blockchain applications.
Collaboration and Documentation:
- Work closely with the development, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features and updates.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product quality and user experience.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in blockchain technology.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and support processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Support Engineer, with a focus on blockchain technology.
- Strong understanding of blockchain concepts and technologies, exp with TON is a big plus.
- Proficiency in dev tools (like postman).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and SQL
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide clear and concise technical support to users and clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
