Overview
The main objective is to support students learning through the academic, personal and behavioural elements of school life and to work alongside classroom Teachers to achieve high-quality and progressive standards of education.
Responsibilities
- To deliver bespoke learning for students, either on a one-to-one basis, or within small group
- situations;
- Wllingness to work with students aged 2-10;
- To offer students every opportunity to engage in learning during all lessons and/or activities;
- To support the teacher in managing students’ conduct by promoting positive behaviour;
- To collaborate with teachers and assist in the planning and resourcing of lessons;
- To actively implement differentiated learning methodologies within the classroom;
- To evaluate and record student progress;
- To carry out administrative tasks;
- To participate in school activities & events;
- To supervise students during rest breaks and at determined periods before/after school;
- To actively attend and participate in all staff meetings and In School Coaching.
Requirements
- University degree in related studies;
- Desirable to have a work experience in an international environment;
- Previous experience working at international educational establishment;
- Fluency in English and Russian is a must;
- Student-centred approach in teaching;
- Open-minded and a life-learner;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- High sense of responsibility & flexibility;
- Adaptable and flexible to the requirements of the school;
