Game User Operation Manager (mobile gaming)

Manpower and our client, famous international IT and Tech company, are looking for a Game User Operation Manager

The role will be responsible for data analysis and enhancing user engagement on a mobile games platform.

Responsibilities:

• Developing an overall strategy for a mobile games app platform
• Developing non in-game platform activities to enhance user engagement and increase monetization
• Personally managing VIP users to ensure their loyalty
• Analysing operation data

Requirements:

• Higher education
• At least 2 years of experience in user operation or customer service
• Experience in gaming/gambling/betting industries, app platforms or big IT companies is preferable
• High technical and analytical skills
• Fluent English
