As an OccamFi UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the OccamFi website offers a top-tier experience. You will rethink UX flows, design new features, and collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams.

The UX/UI Designer Position

This job will require you to work across UX and UI, across the web, and with different engineering teams on large and small projects. If you specialize in a particular area of design, we’d love to hear about that.

Primary Responsibilities

Evolve, explore, and apply our visual identity; become fully immersed in OccamFi's brand and mission.
Work on multiple digital projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
Execute and produce a mix of graphic, motion, and photographic content.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes marketing, engineers, and product managers to create compelling content and deliver high-quality product experiences.
Distill and visualize complex data sets and attributes into digestible views.
Support multiple business lines with the creation of digital assets.
Work closely with marketing partners to formulate, communicate, and transform complex systems into simplistic messages.
Explore new directions and design patterns to meet requirements while pushing the quality of design forward.
Oversee the execution of assets, logos, icons, and interfaces for multiple platforms.
Help lead efforts to develop ad campaigns and design styles for product launches, feature updates, and ad campaigns.
Develop new designs as well as iterate on existing designs for the website.
Work with marketing to design content, such as white papers.

Basic Requirements

5+ years of digital design working experience.
4+ years of experience in UX or Product design discipline.
Exposure to and interest in the cryptocurrency space.
Proficient in Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC.
Solid understanding of user-centered design and UX/UI principles.
Experience working in an agile environment.
A design fundamentalist who knows the rules but knows how to bend and break them to create innovative solutions.
Strong communication skills to articulate concepts and designs to various key stakeholders.
Knowledge of interpreting user research data and site analytics to make data-informed design decisions.
Ability to problem-solve complex concepts with simple solutions.
Advanced problem-solving skills to align agreements with cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset and ability to adapt to change.
Able to accomplish given tasks quickly and thoughtfully.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.
