The position requires high level of independence and high-quality professional communication with Top Management.
The main tasks for this position will include:
- Financial modelling as important part of everyday routine;
- Managing current credit lines;
- Updating the calendar in the corporate email regarding the provision of documents for credit monitoring, notifying all responsible persons of the need to provide information;
- Collecting documents from responsible persons (accounting, engineers, finance) as part of monthly, quarterly, and annual credit monitoring;
- Forming working letters in the 1C system;
- Budgeting;
- Collecting information from consultants, conducting analytical work, and updating financial models and business plans for projects;
- Filling out forms and questionnaires for current transactions to be submitted to the bank;
- Organizing document translations, notarization (collecting all necessary source data), and entering all documents into the electronic archive;
- Communicating on current work issues with management and shareholders.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in finance and economics, additional courses will a plus;
- Work experience of 3 years or more (consulting, large in-house, any experience related to supporting complex projects);
- Good work level of English will be a definite plus;
- Ability to build communication both with colleagues in the team and with top-level managers (shareholders, management);
- Financial modelling experience as your strong side.
