Head of POS Lending, Saudi Arabia

Relocation to UAE or Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

• Product strategy and tactics development and realization.
• Full P&L responsibility.
• Ownership of product and sales channels for online and offline POSloansManagement of sales team, product team, marketing team and supervision of relevant support functions.
• Product/processes IT implementation.

• Strategic partnerships establishment and maintenance.
• Sales funnel control, operations effectiveness understanding and influence to P&L control.
• Process and product KPIs development and control.
• Customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Close interaction with risk team, deep understanding and support of risk KPIs.
• Analyze and improve the effectiveness of all projects and processes.

Experience:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, technical sciences
• MBA degree would be a plus.
• At least 5-7 years experience in POS consumer finance (Banking).
• Fluent English is a must.
• Strong team-player who has excellent collaboration and relationship skills.
• A proven sales track record in a commercial environment, developing strategies.
• Strong understanding of innovative digital platforms.
• Experience in implementation of new business initiatives coordinating cross disciplinary teams.
• ‘Hands on’ leader with a strong experience in performance management.
