Cementing Field Engineer (NextGen Graduate program)

Program is opened in Cementing (служба по цементированию) on rotation basis 30/30.

Responsibilities:

• You will combine technical and soft skills training with on-the-job training and full-time job of a Field Engineer in specific Service Department.

• Our NextGen Graduate Field Engineer will be the first point of contact for customers on the job site.

• Field Engineer will provide technical and engineering support on location to ensure proper job execution applying Weatherford equipment and software tools.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. of Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, Drilling), 2023-2024 graduation
• Zero or minimum experience
• English language proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and presentation skills
• Advanced PC user
• Willingness to work in the field by rotational schedule for the next 5 years on different remote locations (Weatherford and its customers' facilities)
