Job Description:

GF Leads is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our European Division. The job has two main parts: managing affiliate marketers and handling communications across different channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing Affiliate Marketers:

• Focus: Promote exclusive offers from our advertisers in home services and insurance.
• Duties:
  • Find, train, and manage new affiliates to help them successfully promote our offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, giving them the tools and support they need to perform well.

2. Outbound Communications:

• Channels: Manage our social media, email, and text communications.
• Duties:
  • Plan, create, and share content across web, mobile, and social channels to promote our network, offers, and affiliate opportunities.
  • Analyze marketing campaign results using analytics tools and report on the findings.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors to stay ahead.
  • Improve content and promotional materials to increase conversions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Languages: Must understand and communicate in English and the native language of the target affiliates.
• Skills:
  • Strong experience with analytical tools and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of major advertising platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Creativity and ability to generate new ideas.
  • Experience in the American market is a plus.
  • Content Creation: Proven skills in planning, creating, analyzing, and optimizing marketing content.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Experience as an affiliate marketer with a good understanding of the industry.
