Customer Service Development Specialist

A leading company in the electronics and household appliances market in search of Customer Service Development Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of speed service process (ex. 1HR service for MX, repair by 1 visit for IH, etc.);
• Control and analysis of partner’s KPIs;
• Develop and control of plans to improve of projects participants.

• Advanced MS office user;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• At least Intermediate level of English;
• Higher education;
