Main resposibilites:
- Develops strategies for products' promotion to the market;
- Carries out the development and management of brands;
- Carries out and provides the senior management with analysis of the competitive environment (market share, sales price, promotion of goods on the market, public relations activities, and launch of new products), carries out research and forecasting the demand and demand of the market, identifies target consumer market segments for product offerings;
- Conducts the necessary market research after monitoring consumer properties and brand qualities (testing consumer properties and product qualities, interim reports before and after testing, consumer satisfaction index, etc.);
- Examines the features of the product being promoted, analyzes consumer requirements for the product based on the results of marketing research;
- Tracks the pricing policy and the demand for brands of competitors, determines the position of the products relative to similar or similar products of competitors;
- Participates in the development of pricing policy, the formation of the product range and sales planning;
- Prepares a budget for the product, monitors its implementation, and calculates the expected profit and profitability from the moment the product is introduced to the market, determines the possibility of losses for the organization in the first stages of product promotion and develops proposals to minimize them;
- Manages relations with international and local service providers: advertising and design agencies, BTL & PR –– agencies (non-governmental and public relations agencies);
- Organizes marketing and promotional events, seminars and presentations, takes an active part in such campaigns, and analyzes their effectiveness;
- Manages marketing team.
Profile:
- Min. 10 years marketing experience in non-food FMCG (preferably - tissue and hygiene);
- University degree in a business related subject (preferably social sciences like marketing, management, economics, international relations etc.);
- Advanced English;
- Experience in FMCG multinational company with international brand management experience;
- Strong leadership & team management skills, problem-solving mentality, analytical & strategic thinking
- Passionate, open-minded, success-oriented.
