User Operation Specialist/ Researcher

• Conduct user research and prepare relevant reports.
• Plan and implement operational strategies for an event or project, and produce reports based on the events.
• Model insights gained from user research in formats to enhance the organization's understanding of its users - such as personas and user journey maps.
• Work with managers as needed to devise appropriate research strategies to generate targeted insights and convert concepts into high-quality materials.

Requirements:

• Excellent market sensitivity, analysis and thinking ability;
• Good project driving ability and execution ability;
• Excellent ability of information collection, judgment and report writing;
• Result-oriented, able to achieve goals;
• Confidence in achieving targets, finding solutions;
• Ability to implement plans and translate strategies into action;
• Proficient (written/spoken) English and local language.
